The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, regardless of their registration, and their communication in an intelligible form.

B) THE PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING;

C) THE LOGIC APPLIED TO THE PROCESSING, IF THE LATTER IS CARRIED OUT BY ELECTRONIC MEANS;

D) IDENTIFYING DATA RELATING TO THE DATA CONTROLLER, THE PROCESSOR AND THE DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE PURSUANT TO SECTION 5(2);

E) THE SUBJECTS OR CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED AND WHO MAY BECOME AWARE OF SUCH DATA AS DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE(S) IN THE TERRITORY OF THE STATE, RESPONSIBLE(S) OR PERSON(S) IN CHARGE OF THE PROCESSING.

3. THE DATA SUBJECT HAS THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN:

A) UPDATING, RECTIFICATION OR, IF YOU WISH, COMPLETION OF THE DATA;

B) DELETION, ANONYMIZATION OR BLOCKING OF ILLEGALLY PROCESSED DATA, INCLUDING DATA WHOSE STORAGE IS SUPERFLUOUS FOR THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THEY WERE COLLECTED OR SUBSEQUENTLY PROCESSED;

C) CERTIFICATION ATTESTING THAT THE OPERATIONS REFERRED TO IN LETTERS A) AND B) HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED, AS WELL AS IN RELATION TO THEIR CONTENT, TO THE ENTITIES TO WHOM THE DATA HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED OR DISSEMINATED, UNLESS THIS REQUIREMENT PROVES IMPOSSIBLE OR INVOLVES A MANIFESTLY DISPROPORTIONATE EFFORT IN RELATION TO THE RIGHT THAT MUST BE PROTECTED.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, A) FOR LEGITIMATE REASONS, TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING HIM/HER, EVEN IF THEY ARE RELEVANT TO THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTION;

B) TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING HIM/HER, IF CARRIED OUT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SENDING ADVERTISING MATERIAL OR DIRECT SALES OR OTHERWISE FOR THE EXECUTION OF MARKET RESEARCH OR COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS.
