Shipping Methods

You can receive your order at your personal address; a signature will be required upon delivery. You can also choose to pick up your parcel at a collection point. Our courier for Italy is BRT; DHL handles deliveries within the European Union and the rest of the world.

Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CET, excluding public holidays in Italy. Your items will be ready for shipment within 24 hours after payment is received. If this is not possible, you will be informed at checkout.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We offer free shipping throughout Italy.

The available shipping methods for the selected country, as well as the prices and delivery times, can be found in the following table:

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation email is sent. Please note that delays may occur in case of payment authorization issues, product unavailability, or customs delays. During sale periods, high order volumes may also result in longer delivery times.

Tracking

Within 24 hours of your order fulfillment notification, you will receive an email from the courier containing the tracking number for your parcel. By clicking the links below, you can check the shipment status one or two hours after receiving the email.

Customs Duties

For orders placed outside the EU, Laneus does not cover customs duties or import taxes, which remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
