Where can I register my return online?

You must register your return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. For further instructions, click REGISTER A RETURN.

What is the return policy?

All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in their original condition and packaging (not worn and including all accessories). Please note that we only accept returns that include the provided purchase receipt.

Can I exchange a product?

Purchased Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, model, and/or item, as long as the Item has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged, and the identification tag and seal are still attached to the Item.

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges for a different model. If you wish to change the purchased model, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How can I return my order?

All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in their original condition and packaging. To return your order, please follow the steps below:

  • Access the return request form by clicking on the “Register a return” button at the top of this page or in the dedicated section of the website.
  • Fill out the form.
  • Once your return request has been approved, print and affix the prepaid shipping label to the parcel.
  • Drop off the parcel with the carrier or at the carrier’s collection point.

Laneus cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost parcels when the order is sent using a different carrier.

Are returns and exchanges subject to a fee?

All returns are subject to a fee. For returns from Italy, we offer discounted rates via the BRT service.

For returns from abroad, the customer must select their preferred carrier.

Exchanges are free of charge within Italy. For exchanges from abroad, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

What should I do if the parcel containing my order arrives damaged?

If the parcel is damaged, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@laneus.it. Remember to photograph the parcel you received and keep it for further inspection by our carrier.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 14 business days from receipt of the returned item. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.). The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
